Everyone did weird stuff in 2020...

...Phil & I got into speciality coffee. At first it was brewing it - every way possible. Then we got geeky about grinders... then extraction... then processing methods... origin... altitude... to cut a long story short... in 2022, we purchased a roaster and we are now enjoying roasting, sharing with family and friends and using their feedback to help us refine and get better. We love coffee and learning as much as we can. We are constantly trying coffee from different roasters and cafe's.
