Meet Phil...

In every great duo, there is one that clearly has the talent! Phil is part scientist and part artist. When engrossed in a task, whether it be origami, wood carving or roasting coffee, you could hit him with a stick and he would not lose focus. He has been the brains behind our roasting since we got our roaster in 2022. And responsible for some of the best (and worst) roasts we have enjoyed together; he never seems to stop looking for new things to learn and his roasting skills are amazing as a result. I love Phil's coffee - even the occasional bad roasts - which I am sure he does on purpose to keep me on my toes!
