Our Christmas Roast 2025...

Phil has been busy in his workshop getting our Christmas roast ready! Currently, we are roasting a Papua New Guinea Y Grade Arabica This excellent Arabica from the western highlands offers a gentle body and mild acidity. It is often used as a base for blending and so think of it as the melon in your fruit salad. The profile is fruity and reminicient of rhubarb crumble with vanilla custard. Grown in the Waghi Valley at altitudes of approximately 1,500m, these beans are harvested April to September and represent one of Papua New Guinea's most valuable agricultural exports. We love them! Phil has roasted four half kilo batches at different roast levels. These are degassing and we will share as soon as they are ready!
