Recovery in progress...

You may assume that roasting coffee during a heatwave may have put us off... well, it did.

But we had our shorts and tshirts ready to push through the heat and produce some (fingers crossed) excellent coffee.

Unfortunately, Phil - after 36 hours in A&E - has needed to take some much needed time out for his recovery. In true Phil style he has not complained once; a family trait that must have skipped a generation when it came to myself.

He is probably the toughest person I know. Legend.

Hopefully we will be back roasting again soon.
